Applicable Models: SZLKTE Piezoelectric Micro Dispensing Valves MJ922-P, MJ922-P-AN Series
• Be sure to turn off the power and disconnect the air supply before cleaning, and only proceed once the valve has cooled to room temperature.
• Never clean while the device is powered on or under pressure, to avoid electric shock or fluid spray hazards.
• Wipe the valve body surface with a lint-free cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol or deionized water.
• Do not use corrosive, flammable, or abrasive cleaning agents.
• For clogged nozzles, soak them in a dedicated cleaning solution (such as acetone or isopropyl alcohol) for 5–10 minutes, then blow dry with a high-pressure air gun.
• Never use metal needles or hard tools to probe the nozzle, as this may damage the internal structure.
• Prevent liquids or dust from entering the gaps of the piezoelectric actuator.
• If the surface of the piezoelectric ceramic becomes contaminated, gently blow it dry with compressed air.
• Inspect nozzle wear and seal aging weekly, replacing worn parts promptly.
• Test the voltage stability of the piezoelectric actuator monthly to ensure dispensing accuracy.
• Use only lubricants recommended by the manufacturer, applying small amounts to moving parts (such as the valve stem).
• Replace seals every 3–6 months to prevent glue solidification and leakage.
• Ensure that the dispensing material is compatible with the valve body material (such as stainless steel or ceramic) to avoid chemical corrosion.
• When changing glue types, thoroughly clean the flow path to prevent cross-contamination.
• Before storage, thoroughly rinse the flow path with cleaning solution and blow dry with compressed air to remove any residual liquid.
• If necessary, disassemble the unit and place it in an anti-static bag, storing it in a dry, dust-free environment.
• Piezoelectric components are sensitive to humidity; maintain relative humidity below 60% during storage.
• Avoid severe impacts during handling to prevent damage to the piezoelectric ceramic.
• Every six months or after maintenance, have professionals calibrate the dispensing parameters (such as frequency and voltage).
• It is recommended to keep a maintenance log recording changes in valve performance.
• Do not disassemble the piezoelectric ceramic module without authorization. High-voltage operation may cause serious injury.
• Discarded valves must be disposed of according to electronic waste regulations to avoid environmental pollution.
